Biriani Ya Kuku Wa Kuchoma (Grilled)

Garama Masala/bizari mchanganyiko            1 kijiko cha supu
            
Haldi/tumeric/bizari manjano                        1 kijiko cha chai
 
Pilipilu ya unga nyekundu                              1 kijiko cha chai
 
Mtindi /yoghurt                                            3 vijiko vya supu
 
Mafuta                                                        ½ kikombe
 
 
Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika
 
 
  1. Osha mchele, roweka.
  2. Safisha kuku vizuri, mkate vipande vya saizi ya kiasi weka katika bakuli.
  3. Katika kibakuli kidogo, changanya tangawizi mbichi, thomu, bizari zote, pilipili nyekundu ya unga, chumvi, mtindi, kamulia ndimu.
  4. Punguza mchanganyiko kidogo weka kando.
  5. Mchanganyiko uliobakia, tia katika bakuli la kuku uchanganye vizuri arowanike (marinate) kwa dakika chache hata nusu saa au zaidi.
  6. Weka kuku katika treya ya kuoka au kuchoma katika oveni kisha mchome (grill) uwe unageuzageuza hadi aive.
  7. Epua, weka kando.
  8. Katakata vitunguu, nyanya/tungule, pilipili boga weka kando.
  9. Katika sufuria ya kupikia biriani, tia mafuta, kaanga vitunguu hadi vigeuke rangi ya hudhurungi (brown).
  10. Tia nyanya na pilipili mbichi, pilipili boga na mchanganyiko uliopunguza awali.
  11. Tia kuku uchaganye vizuri.
  12. Wakati unakaanga vitunguu ili uokoe muda, huku chemsha mchele uive nusu kiini, mwaga maji, chuja.
  13. Punguza masala nusu yake weka kando.
  14. Mimina wali kiasi juu ya masala, kisha mimina masala yaliyobakia kisha juu yake tena mimina wali.
  15. Funika upike katika oveni hadi uive.
  16. Changanya unapopakua katika sahani.
