Viazi vilivyomenywa na kukatwa                             4 
Tangawizi iliyosagwa                                             1  Vijiko vya supu
Kitunguu saumu/thomu kilosagwa                         1 kijiko cha supu
Pilipili nyekundu  nzima                                           3
Pilipili manga ya unga                                             2 vijiko vya chai 
Mdalasini                                                                1 kijiti
Jira (bizari ya pilau/cummin powder)                       1 kijiko cha chai
ndimu                                                                    2-3 vijiko vya supu
Chumvi                                                                 kiasi
Kitunguu kilichokatwa                                             1 kikubwa
Nyanya ilosagwa                                                    2 kijiko cha supu
Mafuta                                                                   ¼ kikombe
 
 
Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika
 
1.           Katika sufuria tia vijiko 3 mafuta, kisha tia nyama na pilipili manga, chumvi na mdalasini, na ikaange kidogo.
2        Tia maji kiasi tu ya kuivia nyama, ichemshe hadi iwive. Ikiwa supu imebakia itoe weka kando.   .
3.           Menya viazi katakata vipande vya mraba, kanga weka kando.
4.       Katika karai, weka mafuta yaliyobakia tia vitunguu kaanga hadi vigeuke rangi. Tia nyama pamoja na viungo vyote, katika  pilipili mbichi kwa urefu,  kisha ikaange nyama hadi igeuke rangi kidogo. Unaweza kuongezea supu yake kidogo iwe na sosi.
5.       Tia viazi na changanya vizuri na tayari kupakuliwa
