NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA
 
1.                Osha na roweka mchele.
 
2.                Osha mchicha, chuja maji na katakata. 
 
3.                Katakata vitunguu maji, nyanya.
 
4.                Menya na kata viazi vipande ukaange pekee vitoe weka kando.
 
5.                Katika sufuria tia mafuta na kaanga vitunguu hadi viwe rangi ya hudhurungi.
 
6.                Tia thomu, bizari zote, kaanga kidogo kisha nyanya.
 
7.                Tia mchicha kaanga kidogo kisha tia mchele, maji na vidonge vya supu, chumvi.
 
8.                Koroga kidogo kisha tia viazi ulivyovikaanga, funika na acha uchemke kidogo katika moto mdogo mdogo.
 
9.                Kabla ya kukauka maji, mimina katika chombo cha kupikia ndani ya oven (oven proof) au katika treya za foil, funika vizuri na upike ndani ya oven moto wa 400º kwa dakika 15-20 upikike hadi uive. 
 
10.           Ukishaiva epua na tayari kuliwa na kitoweo chochote upendacho.
